I totally blew it and ate off plan. so, today I am back in full force and ready to committ to today. I know I have to committ to one day at a time or I won't make it. We had a very tiresome weekend with granddaughter here. I was so ready for her to go home yesterday. Any way, today I am trying to rest a bit and do some laundry. I am going to try to get all my water in. This is really hard for me, because I just don't drink alot of anything so to make myself drink 64 ounces of water is really hard. So, I am on my first 20 ounce bottle for the day. Here is my meal plan Brunch: grilled chicken breast, 1 Tbsp bbq sauce, coleslaw, light string cheese Snack: sugar free fudgesicle dinner: Chef salad with ranch Snack: sugar free jello.
