Well, got on the nasty scale. 251... AND I had more AHHH moments this weekend. Being on hormone pills are really doing a number on me. BUT today is the last day and fingers crossed will get my cycle in 5 to 10 days. So need to clean and start my new exercise routine. I only have 3 weeks to really get to where I want to be. The kids will be out of school. I do not want to blow the summer and not lose. I have wasted to much time and efforts with starting and stopping.

I hope you are able to still follow some semblance of a plan this summer . Can you have diet-friendly foods in the house still and get some exercise in around them?

My kids are getting chunkier if that is a word. So yes there will be healthy snacks and better choices.
