Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 Yep... I am up to 25 minutes on the bike now... honestly I feel I could have gone more but that darn seat is WAY uncomfortable! Eating is going well today. I am not nearly as hungry as I was yesterday, and I am at a lower calorie level... I guess it just depends on what I am eating. On another note.... I stopped by the store today as I needed to pick up a few things. I noticed Kraft has a Roasted Red Pepper Italian w/ Parmesan dressing... only 35 calories per 2 Tbs serving. Not bad I picked up a couple of bottles and will try it out in a bit with a salad. I was hoping to get some red peppers on the clearance rack, but the store was apparently having a staff meeting and no clearance produce to be found. My youngest likes hummus and because I have such a hard time getting her to eat her meat I know pita chips/bread and hummus is better for her then chips and dip. I thought I would try making my own roasted red pepper hummus. I guess next time. The kids are home tomorrow for Good Friday and since we have company comming over I don't know how much I will be online. Sister in law sent an email last night. It looks like she is planning on EVERYONE bring a dessert.... *sigh* I will take somthing that *I* can eat maybe a fruit salad. *IF* I don't get to post before hand everyone have a great weekend! a Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
