Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 Well today has been an okay sort of day for me. I didn't get up and get my exercise dvd done. This week I have been totally off kilter as far as exercise goes. Hopefully I will get it in tomorrow. I am going to try anyway. I may go ahead and try to get it in this afternoon, but I may not it just depends on how things go from here on out. I did't make the best food choices today either. My friend Crista came over to visit and she always wants to go have lunch and she is a fast food eater so she chose arbys. I had a beef 'n cheddar and potato cakes, but I am still staying with in my caloric range. My daughter has started the parent taught driver's ed and today was her 3rd day driving in the car. She did pretty good. I let her drive to Arby's. It sits on a very busy street. She did really well until we got in the parking lot and then she went a little too fast and scared me...LOL. I in turn scared her and shouted STOP at her. It was quite amusing afterward. Crista was going relax, everyone needs to relax. OH the days of learning to drive. I remember scaring my mom too. Anyway, back to the diet front. Here is how my day shapes up. Breakfast: Slimfast shake and 1 cup of mixed berries Snack: granola bar Lunch: Arbys beef'n cheddar and potato cakes Dinner: 1 chili dog with cheese 1 diet dr pepper 4 20 ounce bottles of water Total calories for the day 1678 Happy Thursday, EMily Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
