Guest guest
One of my out-of-state friends told me she was approached to order Girl Scout cookies the other day. I'm sorry - I got excited to see it's that time of year!! THEN I looked up the nutritional value. For you WW members out there, here's the points breakdowns. You decide if it's worth it to you: Lemon Calet Cremes (1 cookie = 2 pts) Trefoils (5 cookies = 3 pts) Do-si-dos (2 cookies = 2 pts) Samoas (2 cookies = 3 pts) All Abouts (3 cookies = 3 pts) Chocolate Chips (3 cookies = 4 pts) Tagalongs (2 cookies = 4 pts) - definitely the peanut butter LOL!! Thin Mints (4 cookies = 3 pts) I really need to think about these. I want them. I can have them, I just need to plan for them. Maybe those little vultures (I mean Girl Scouts) will forget my address and phone number this year (( and their parent(s) forget where I sit at work LOL )) Of course, then there are the trips to Walmart, etc where they are staked out at the doors of the store."NO" is starting to be practiced as we "speak" - that was one of our topics at the WW meeting today. How to say no. Not just to food, but setting boundaries and saying no in areas of our life to take care of ourselves. What do you have planned for the weekend? We're still in the deep freeze here and it's supposed to start snowing this weekend and go through next week. I almost don't care, if it would just warm up a little!! Don't ya just love winter??!! I am so so soooooo ready for spring/summer and a little warmer weather. in WA310/255.0/170 - .6 this week- 55 lbs total (15.0 from half-way point)The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.-AnonymousWho's never won? Guest guest
I bought some girl scout cookies from my niece because I am trying to eat healthier (and from I read on the site about points), I decided I don't want them in my house. I decided to give my cookies to nursing home. Now both of us can enjoy the cookies. Robyn**************Start the year off right.
