Oh ye of little faith!! (( me, not you guys LOL )) I was expecting a small gain or a maintain this week - at least from yesterday's sneak peek at the scale at home - and today was pleasantly surprised to see a 1.2 lb loss!!

Thank you God!

I told the leader at WW today "I know this isn't a "diet" but this week has been "diet hell" from the stress and emotional standpoint. Everyone in/at the meeting agreed. One lady described eating an ENTIRE box of Little Debbies cookies or cakes on the way from point A to point B in her car due to the stress. She said "sure, they were only 1-point each, but after 12 of them... that's half her daily allowance" - oooooh! Been there, done that.

I told her my theory: count it all, no matter how much you go over, don't beat yourself up and just get back on with life and OP.

That's all we can do.

Then I went to work for 3 hrs. Actually I was glad we *could* work today (we aren't open every Saturday, so if we need to make up time it is during the week or on Sat if they are open or Sun. I didn't want to work tomorrow, so I went today.

Let me explain really quick because I know you will be confused and it's weird. We have two shifts. Days works Mon-Fri anywhere from 5 a.m.-5 p.m. and then swing works Sun-Thurs 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. basically. So, essentially we are open 6 days a week. Don't knock the swing shift, they get a shift differential for working nights Sun-Thurs!!

OK - so I didn't get 8 full hours yesterday due to the late start of school for ds, so to not have to use "sick time" on my paycheck, I went today to make up the rest of the time.

Remember the promotion/raise in December? Well, that was in effect immediately, as far as pay goes, but the "changes" start Monday. Wanted to be sure I am totally organized for this. ;-)

So. How are you all? I have to get to some more posts I have saved to respond to and get caught up with you all. The only exercising I did this week is some walking (remember the 1/2 mile through the unpaved snow for chocolate night LOL!!) and tons 'o shoveling!!

Need to get back to Curves this week if I can.

I finally got to see my little boys (LOL @ that. They are 11 and 13, so aren't so little any more!!) Took them to Walmart to spend their allowance and then dinner at Taco Bell. I am not particularly fond of the food other than the "ranchero chicken soft taco" is only 3 pts, so 2 didn't kill my day!! Yummy too!! My goal was to get 3 kids to agree on 1 stop for dinner because I don't like having to do a traveling/progressive dinner LOL!!

OK - have a great weekend!! Stay warm, dry and safe and praying for you all that are still getting snow dumped on you and/or are having ice storms!! We are calm today.... no new snow for a couple of days now.... expecting new stuff next week though.

(( HUGS TO YOU ALL ))
