Hi everyone...

This week my weight is the same.... I'm not going to complaine one bit

about it! Way better then a gain!! I know I am retaining water... we

had chinese for our anniversary dinner a day late on Thursday and then

Pizza at Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. Oh yes, and we were supposed to go

to a ball game last night but storms were heading through and I had

grabbed yep... more cheap pizza for a quick dinner... I had 2 pices and

already had the third on my plate.. I took one bite and decided I was

full.

I got on the treadmill for another 20 minutes today for 40 for the week

in total. I also worked out on the weight machine, but didn't time

it.

Here is looking to a less busy and hopefully lighter week!
