A DAYDREAMING KINDA DAY

Happy Sunday to all of you! Today is a special day for me because I get to go do my radio show at Slimmons this afternoon. Every time I do my show, I love it more. And after I come home from doing the show today, you know what I'm going to do? Well, I'm going to do some daydreaming. Do you ever day dream? Oh, to me, day dreaming is just mighty wonderful.

I like to go outside, sit in a rocking chair, close my eyes and, well dream...in the middle of the day. And no, I'm not dreaming of a "White Christmas." LOL. Instead, I'm dreaming that I get to live on this earth for a very long time.I see myself with a big white afro someday, still doing in the future what I'm doing today. I dream of visiting schools around the country and seeing the PE programs in action that I helped develop. I see school students doing cardio and strength-training workouts. I see in their eyes how they're respecting their bodies more. I go into the school's cafeteria and see healthier lunch programs, complete with salad bars.I dream about being close to my brother for ever and ever. I dream of the two of us going on trips together, into our 70's and 80's.

I dream about my first six Dalmatians. Oh, they were my sweeties, Scarlett, , Marty, , Prissy and Pitty Pat. I wonder what Elysian Fields they are all playing on right now.I dream about all of the people I'm still worried about because they are not taking their weight problems seriously enough. I dream that they will wake up one day and it will all make sense to them that they should begin, right away, taking better care of themselves.Oh and of course I dream about my parents, Leonard and Shirley. As I dream of them, I know that they're always watching over me from Heaven.

Sometimes I smile during my day dreams and, I'll admit that sometimes I very sadly cry. And then I open my eyes and see the world in front of me. I see the hummingbirds flying around the hibiscus and hydrangeas in my yard. I see the beautiful sky and the sun and I dream that it will never end. How I love it.I think it's time for you to do some day dreaming.,Love,
