Guest guest
Hi , She hurt her shoulder and her leg. Her legs aren't strong to begin with because of the strokes that she's had in the past. She's been using a cane for a few years now. Honestly I don't know how old she is for sure, she never was one to tell her age. She always said that she was 29 and holding. :-) I think that she's probably in her early 60's. Good night!!! Love, Liz ----- > Liz, I'm so sorry, what part of her body did she hurt when she fell? Guest guest
My mom is doing much better. All of her tests have come back fine. The doctor has decided to leave her on Plavix as the Coumadin isn't doing what he wants it to. So, she is going to get to come home tomorrow sometime and will have a follow up in a week's time. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts.

Guest guest
Thank you! My mom is doing much better now, her body is trying to adjust to the new diet, which is tough though. My brother, however is in ICU. He has congested heart failure. If you would also pray for him I would really appreciate it! Thanks!Love, Liz----- Re: My Mom > > > We went to see my mom tonight. Guest guest
Goodness Liz! You are truly an inspiration. Going through all those family crisis...I will pray for your mom and your brother. Our God is an awesome God. Reading another one of your posting about doing your breaths yesterday, it finally " sunk in " and I woke this morning raring to go. I got up and did my basic stretches with LL breaths. I have 20 down and I will try 40 more today. Oh goodness. I've been a little through it too. I had chest pain only to discover it was GERD. went through the GI tests and ALL came out clean. Praise God! So in other words, I am very very healthy. The only very occasional gastric reflux is easily controlled with meds and only that is needed rarely. The stomach flu wasn't " that " bad. However I did run fever that is leaving me a little slow due to the MS. The MS is in remission though. I need to lose 40 lbs, just 40. It would be so wonderful to make this work somehow. I will measure all and see if I can be vigilant with my exercise and diet. Love to all, MARY in LOUISIANA Are any of you following a particular diet?? Guest guest
Hi Liz, Gee, that's too bad. Unfortunately, I have run out of suggestions, so, all I will say is that I will pray for your Mom. It's funny how your Mom always has her medical emergencies on the weekends while I am offline!! Gee, Liz, your Mom must be so sick of being sick!!! I am so sorry that she has to spend her old age sick, sick, sick, sick, and on and on and on!!! A person should get to spend the last years of life in good health and... Well, I will pray for your Mom!!! You can be sure of that, my dear friend and Life Lift sister!!! Guest guest
Oh, not again, Liz!! How awful for your dear Mom!! She must be so sick and tired of being sick and tired!! Sure I will pray for her and for her speedy recovery from yet another unknown malady!! I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's continued " relationship " (for lack of a better word, with the hospital!! What a horrible place to have to spend so much time in, most especially when you are old!! Your dear, darling Mom is in my prayers, dear!! Have no doubt about that!!! Please give her many kisses and gentle hugs from me when you see her next. Love always, Pat 5/24/2012 12:16 PM, lizkins9@... wrote: > > Hi Everyone, Please pray for my mom.. Phyllis.
