..... is brought to us by the ever-present Mother Nature.

Thank you for fluffing 3" of snow on us last night (at least)!! Oh.My.Gosh. I had to park in a different spot last night because my normal spot has a sheet of ice and I can't get on/off it to save my life, so rather than get stuck, I park in a different area.

Today, since it is warming up and the ice rink is leaving, I wanted to be able to start parking in my normal spot so I shoveled that spot out, then of course have to shovel out where I was parked at so I could leave it!! Had to go to the grocery store for some supplies (t.p., food, etc) and when I got home I was able to park where I wanted to!! Yay!!

Activity points for 45 minutes of shoveling = 8, 30 minutes of grocery shopping = 2 so I have 10 APs for today. Now my arm hurts again. Lovely. Just l-o-v-e-l-y!!

You know how I don't drink a lot of soda/coffee, etc? It's always my goal to steer clear of it. Anyway, when I was at the grocery store they had white chocolate mudslide creamer for coffee and it just sounded so good so I had to buy one. I don't have coffee in my house though. So, I call my mother: "how long until a fresh pot?!" LOL!! Remember she only lives across the street and two doors down, so I can walk there when she brews the coffee.

LOL and my ds (15 yr old) said "bring me some too" - so I have to figure out how to get TWO cups of coffee home in the snow/ice?? That'll be interesting!! Maybe I'll tell him he can go get his own cup of coffee!!

Hope you all have a great day!! I think I will get my cuppa joe and go back to bed to watch a movie. ;-)
