Women's Challenge: week 1

How are you all doing with the women's challenge? Are you remembering to go log your steps/exercise?

As of Thursday, I have 45558 steps this week. My goal for week 1 is 7500 steps per day, so 52500 total. I have roughly 3500 per day that I need for Fri/Sat.

I haven't decided what I will raise my goal to next week.

Hope you all had a great week and I will try to get caught up in the posts this weekend.

We finally have lilacs! I would have noticed maybe last week (LOL) had I been out there WALKING; however, I have virtually taken hiatus the past two weeks.

I'll make a plan this weekend for next week's exercise <wink> AND menus (promise).
