You are killing your quads doing the rocking/stepping AND your abs to hold your balance on that thing! Then after you are warmed up (and supposedly set with balance) they add in these arm swing things. OHMYGOSH! Talk about a good core workout! Thought my thighs wanted to die after 5 minutes! And, since technically, I am a beginner on this thing, I cut out after 5 minutes. Beginners = 5 minutesIntermediate = 10 minutesAdvanced = 15 minutes That's the workout. They say 3 times a week, but you *can* build up to 5 days a week, never more. OH I don't think they need to worry about -girl wanting to do more LOL!! So far, I like it!! It's a keeper LOL!! Good thing I have 25 more days to decide LOL!! So today's exercise: housework, walking roughly 3 miles, stepper 5 minutes The kids *did* invite me to the dinner tonight, so I gotta get all gussied up for mass/dinner (eh, or is it dinner/mass?). Maybe it's only dinner. Either way, I gotta dress "nice" - LOL!!
