Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 I have had a rough week. Only lost 2 pounds. Having hard time doing my exercise this week. Maybe because I am going to start my period. For the month I have lost 14 pounds. Cheated this weekend had to go to a birthday party and ate stuff I usually don't eat. Passed up the cake that was a plus. Made up later for drinking 4 beers. Mothers day had KFC for dinner. Then Monday night had to have something sweet. Had lowfat crackers with peanutbutter and jelly. Trying to get back on track. Waiting on treadmill part to come in so we can fix it. I rather walk and then do any other exercise. So hope I have better weigh in next week.
