Well, I've lost a pound. I'm safely out of the 250s. I'm still having a hard time, yesterday I couldn't stop snacking to save my life. Fortunately we didn't have too fattening a dinner. I think by next week I'll be completely back on program. I moved my exercise dvds from the shelves to the upper shelves in the main part of my room, in other words, to a more prominent place. I'm just so ragged out when I get home these days. Trouble's brewing on the home front as well, Mother is being impossible again. I tried getting up earlier to exercise that just doesn't work, I absolutely HATE mornings, so getting up earlier only makes me madder. But I'll get it. I'll do it. RIght now I'm just working on slimming down my menu and preplanning my days' meals. It's going to work out!
