Well Monday was pretty well until bed time and then I had a brownie and a granola bar. I just *had* to have something sweet. Wish I would have stopped with the granola bar, but I didn't. So, moving on. Other than the brownie the day went well. So, for today, I am going to get in my water and I am going to stick to my food plan. Say a prayer for me. Here is what my food day looks like. Breakfast: 2 eggs 1 piece of toast I Can't Believe it's not butter spray Snack: granola bar Lunch: slimfast shake, baby carrots, 1 cup mixed berries Snack: granola bar Dinner: 6 meatballs, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup green beans Total 1530 Calories

Great Job !!! So far today I am under my calories yet again...

3 days in a row.. It seems on days I work I just don't get my

calories in. Yesterday I still had 600 calories I could have eaten

and Sunday it was almost 800 calories. Today was about 300 calories

left... at 10pm I don't see eating them! I didn't manage any

exercise other then standing for 5 hours at work.

I'm a glad to hear you did so well today!
