Guest guest Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 Well Monday was pretty well until bed time and then I had a brownie and a granola bar. I just *had* to have something sweet. Wish I would have stopped with the granola bar, but I didn't. So, moving on. Other than the brownie the day went well. So, for today, I am going to get in my water and I am going to stick to my food plan. Say a prayer for me. Here is what my food day looks like. Breakfast: 2 eggs 1 piece of toast I Can't Believe it's not butter spray Snack: granola bar Lunch: slimfast shake, baby carrots, 1 cup mixed berries Snack: granola bar Dinner: 6 meatballs, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup green beans Total 1530 Calories Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 Great Job !!! So far today I am under my calories yet again... 3 days in a row.. It seems on days I work I just don't get my calories in. Yesterday I still had 600 calories I could have eaten and Sunday it was almost 800 calories. Today was about 300 calories left... at 10pm I don't see eating them! I didn't manage any exercise other then standing for 5 hours at work.
