Guest guest
Colleen, good luck with your openhouse and your show!! Shaye This week Hi All! I know Terri is gonna be busy for a few days & left the list to me, but I'm gonna be busy too! I had to miss last weekends craft show because of 's medical problem, so I've got lots of catching up to do this week. Stuff I had left to do last Friday for Sat's show wasn't done. That's what I get for being a procrastinator!!! Anyway, I've got a childcare class tomorrow night and Thurs. & Fri. I will be busting my butt to get stuff done for this weekends show. Besides that I found out today that I'm gonna be having my first ever open house this month! That's in a couple weeks, so I've got to make more stuff for that. I will be checking in periodically, so if anyone needs me for something important, email me at the direcpc addy. I use the email.com addy for my lists & when I'm scanning the list of messages, I may miss one. Thanks all! Guest guest
Carolyn, Ahhh, the kickboxing...I thought that it would be easy to do kickboxing--but that was before I actually ever tried it! Then a little 10 minute solution carb burner kickboxing came my way and kicked my butt! This workout with Kathy includes a tutorial so I think I can learn how to kickbox well enough to enjoy the workouts and any other workouts that I may be interested in (like-Quickfix - Total Cardio Kick:) Stacey > >Scheduled for this week: > >Step Reebok: Circuit Challenge > >Kathy Kickboxing > > Voight Strong and Smooth Moves > >Crunch Master Class Sculpt > >Reebok Versa Training Hi-Low Aerobics > > > -- > No virus found in this outgoing message. > Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. > Version: 7.0.300 / Virus Database: 267.5.1 - Release Date: 6/02/2005

Guest guest
Hi Everyone, This week has been a bit odd.... I worked my nomral Sun-Tues and now I will be working Fri-Tues again. Working helps keep my calories where they should be which is great, plus I get in more exercise..... no wonder my Wednesday weigh in is always the lowest of the week. So far this week my Mon, Tue, were on in caloric range Wed was 75 cals over and today I am guessing 300 cals over. I did not dig the scales out to weigh in all of my food, but I can guess a 15g tablespoon of light mayo with in 2 grams so I feel pretty good about my guess... if anything I have over estimated just to keep me honest. Exercise this week has been running here and there... but in the truck. The car broke down and we have had to get that fixed along with getting other stuff done around the house. I some how injured my left wrist/thumb and it is very sore so this will make the weights a bit difficult for me. I still have to get the electrician over... I ran into him again and he told me to give him another call so I guess I should do that soon. I hope everyone is having a great day! a

Guest guest
I have the same problem! I had a few drinks Friday with dinner and I found that most of my weekend eating was terrible. I found that drinking a glass of water for every drink helps with that just remembering to do it is the difficult part. One challenge at a time I suppose. > > > > What did you accomplish this week? LOL I have been trying to sort of stick to a naturally slender eating habit, but I am finding that I am eating WHAT I want...little by little...then, NOT eating what is good for me Oh well, portion control is better than NO control, I guess. Guest guest
Iowliowl I Have the same issue! I have a few drinks and bam! It's like I have a blackhole in my belly. I did alot of eating this weekend out for multiple reasons. I drank so I ate. I was bored so I ate. The food was there so I ate. This weekend I went to my boyfriends mom's house and I just ate up a proverbial storm! His family is from poland so everytime we go visit I always find myself eating, and eating, and eating. I'm hatian so everything I try is like a tastey adventure. Don't even get me started on the bread! I call it GPB--good polish bread. It's awesome! I'm struggling with portion control right now and loosing. I'm trying to stay positive though. I have a lot of self correcting to do! Re: This week Good questions! I'm happy to report that ate in a naturally slender way most of the week. I'm only overeating when I come home from a night of drinking (1x this week) and when I go out to eat. So I've limited my trouble situations to those! My intentions for moving forward are to continue to focus on eating things that will make me feel good over time and treating myself well so I can continue to be productive and enjoy school, work, and socializing! Ideas for limiting binges after a night of drinking and when with friends (this is easier, typically) but whenever alcohol is involved its definitely tougher! Have others found the same thing? > > What did you accomplish this week? Were able to achieve your intentions? Anything that you are proud of that you did? Guest guest
Glad to hear I'm not alone! Last night I went out to the bar to watch college bball but I did not have any drinks. It worked and I didn't binge when I got home! It was also good for my wallet. I'm hoping I can learn to go out and come home without bingeing, but hopefully that will come in time. I'm still overeating a little. A LOT less than before, but because of it I've been maintaining my weight for a long time now. I can absolutely acknowledge my progress but I really do want to lose! I just re listened to the podcast about what is holding you back. I'm still trying to figure it out! Some part of me really really likes overeating when I get home at night. I know partially its comforting but I need to keep realizing that I don't like feeling overfull and the moment of comfort isn't worth it! > > > > What did you accomplish this week?
