Meal 1- Ziti, corn, and grilled chicken mixed together

Meal 2- Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with pickles and a dab of ketchup

Meal 3- Myoplex

Meal 4- Same turkey sandwhich as above

Meal 5- tba

, What are " Ziti " and " tba " ? Thanks

Hi Jen, we're about the same size. At least started at the same. I'm

5'2 " and started at 185.5. My before pics are in the watch me shrink

folder. On sunday I weighed in at 170.00 and I'm just starting week

8. My highest pant size was 18 and now I can zip up my old 14s. I

won't say I could wear them but I can zip them without having to lay

down on the bed. Good luck to you and keep us posted. Oh, btw,

you'll know where every potty in town is before the first 4 weeks are

up! LOL

What a great boyfriend! Welcome to BFL. :-)

Day One

Ok. So I read the book, bought the journals, joined this group and read

all

emails. I took my before pics this morning and... I cried. I bought

myoplex,

simply creatine, and beta lean. I did my first workout this morning. I

followed my meal plan today and I feel better already. I'm a coca cola

feine!

I drank water all day though and I guess most of my weight must be water

weight caused I peed all day and guess what I just stepped on the scale

and

it says that I have lost 5 pounds already! Can you believe that? And I

ate

allll day long! After thirty days.. I will post my before and after

pics. I

don't have the guts right now. Well really I have toooo much Gut! lol.

Hey Barbara :)

I was hoping you were having a great 1st day of BFL. Mine went well,

didn't get my UBWO done at 5a.m. as planned, will get it done this

evening. Didn't sleep well last night, up like every hour on the

hour. Anyway, my eating has been well today, and am totally psyched

for this challenge:)I'm not looking at this as a " new challenge " ,

just a continuation of the past one, because if I think " I'm

starting ALL over again at week 1 " I'll panic. Taking pics in the

morning, will NOT post them until 1/2 way thru though.So I can post

some that don't look so bad LOL. Anyway, hope things go well for you

the rest of the day. Keep your chin up doll :)

Hang in there, it will all come together! I recommitted Monday also.

ALtho I don't officially do challenges, I am hoping to have a

stellar 12 weeks.

By the way, I'm reading a book called Love Beyond Reason by

Ortberg. Your post reminded me of a chapter I read yesterday on the

stair climber about mulligans and do-overs in life!

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday was the first day that I didn't binge. I ate 3 meals with

nothing in between. I would like to loss a pound a week. I have to

increase my excerise because I am not excerising at all. When for a

walk yesterday with hubby. Boy am I out of shape. All I have done all

winter is lay around and eat. I have to change my tune. Looking foward

to seeing the first pound leave me. Thanks for reading, Chris
