Well, I got up today and at a little more than I intended for breakfast, but I counted everyone of those calories. We are going to our granddaughter's first birthday party today at 3 pm. I will be skipping the cake and ice cream, because of the breakfast that I ate. I am going to try really hard today to stay within my calorie limit. I got on the scale this morning and was back down to 277. I don't know why I weighed but I did and am glad I did because I was in the 280s yesterday and I never want to see that number again. I hate being in the 280s. My goal was to be 269 by April 30th but I don't think I will make it so I will be happy with 275 by april 30th. I will work on 269 by May 15. I think that is doable if I stay on plan. I need to start getting some exercise in too. I haven't exercised in about 2 weeks. I just haven't felt motivated. My other goal for today is to get in 80 ounces

of water. That will be 4 bottles. So, say a prayer for me. Here is what my food day looks like..... Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup Lunch: Ham salad sandwich Snack: granola bar Dinner: sauerkraut, Polish sausage, potatoes Total calories: 1685
