I talked to my dh about taking the merit test for that job and he doesn't really want me to try to go back to work, so I guess I will not do it. I got up a little bit late today so it was brunch time. My friend came over in the afternoon and we went to Wal Mart together. She wanted to eat in the Mc's that is in WalMart, but I opted for getting a chicken strip and Waldorf salad from the deli. So I did good. I didn't get my water in today, but I am sure i stayed in my calorie range for day #4. I did get some exercise in. I went to the park with my kids and we played. I also picked up sticks---ugh. Any way, I was pretty worn out, but I felt good about it. So here was my day... Brunch: 2 egg rolls Lunch: 1 chicken strip and waldorf salad Dinner: 3 tacos (homemade) snack: granola bar small cinnamon roll Total 1340 calories Yea for me I didn't go over. I had to take time to figure my calories before I finished the email. I use www.my-calorie-counter.com I love that website. It is so user friendly.
