Guest guest Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 Hi Everyone! This week has me at 356.2 down 1.8 lbs. I wasn't as faithful on the treadmill this week. It was a bit busy and I missed out one day because I just didn't get on. I was all dressed for it, but things kept comming up and I kept saying I'll get to it, and never did.... UGH! I was up to a constant 3.1 mph yesterday but cut it short to 21 minutes because I did my weight training before and hadn't eaten and just couldn't go any further. I did go over a mile and figured that was good enough. Better quit then fall off I this week looks less busy so hopefully i will be able to get in more then 4 days of exercise. a Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
