=== Hi everyone!

A while back - on the oxylist - a couple of times I had gotten REAL

PISSED-OFF while reading some emails. After " shooting from the hip " a few

times, I realized I was responding to " faceless people " somewhere out in

email land.

I soon came to the realization that I needed to write my emails just as if

I were standing face-to-face with the person(s) I was " pissed off " at. I

had to attach a flesh and blood person to my recipients. When I did that,

I no longer got as angry as I originally did. I realized, that - MAYBE -

the way " I " read or interperet the writer's emotions, is not the way the

person FELT when they wrote it.

Anyway, that fact that we all are on this list sharing information and

experiences means we have something in common, the ability to CARE about

other people, to be selfless and to offer others - therapies, protocols and

products that have worked for us - individually.

We are all " brother's and sister's " in spirit, each of us needs to remember

" who we are - and where we came from " so long... long... ago. We have

drifted so far from our creator (as the " Cayce readings " put it) and forgot

out TRUE heritage. A kind word here and there, a listening ear,

compassion, love, FAITH always. I love all of you very much, and as I

write this - at this very moment, I just thought of our dear departed

friend " Joost (Jovo) Vossen " who was always kind to everyone - as I saw it.

My parting words are... would we treat our creator or Jesus - harshly?

hardly not.

We must remember, that we are all, little parts of GOD, Gods in the making.

Sorry If I offend anyone, the above words just came to me and I thought I

would just share them with you.

Love and Peace to all

Is this not the primordial basis of e-mail ethics? We are all looking for

something. If it's an argument, there are a gross multitude of alternative

sites for amusement of that sort. As Jim correctly has implored us:

> By joining the list you agree to hold yourself FULLY responsible FOR

yourself.

That would seem to be acheivable within a group of like minded souls

focusing on topics we have in common. We joined oxyplus (unmoderated) to

become self policing, and because we felt constricted elsewhere. Let's

apply Jim's admonition (above) in both our searches - for mutually

supportive physical and mental health - I think that's called holistic

something or other....

It looks like the group has been very busy the past few days. I have

been away from the computer for the most part. I have read all of the

emails, but didn't have a lot of time to respond.

... I had been wondering where you had been. I am glad to see

that you are back and on the wagon :)

... I loved your photo. I love to see what everyone else looks

like!

Sapphyre... Glad to see that you are still going to the gym despite

those jerks that were there the other day. It is so important to get

exercise in! I need to start again today as well. I was going to

start back up yesterday now that my ear is feeling better, but it was

my daughters 8th birthday and we had company coming over so most of my

day was spent cleaning house. I know that counts as some sort of

exercise, but not what I wanted to do.

Dacia... Glad to hear you had a great time in Hawaii sorry to hear

about your basement though. You must have some really great friends

to have moved your stuff for you! Hopefully you will get things back

in order without too much hassle.

Eileen... congrats on your weigh in! I know it was a turtle, but hey,

better that then a gain! It is so hard in the summer months will all

of the vacations, family gatherings, and holiday celebrations.

Sue... glad to see you check in. I hope the sinus infection is

getting better. I have an appointment today for a recheck, I am

pretty sure he was more concerned with my ear infection. It seems to

be better now.

Maret... Congrats on the 5lb loss! Way to go! Keep up the good work!

Welcome to all the new members! I am sure I have missed someone along

the way with trying to catch up. I hate to do it, but now that I have

read and posted these short replies, I will deleting the 103 messages

in my folder that I have read and hopefully this week I will be able

to keep up a bit better!

Onward and Downward!

Those neti pots are wonderful things when it comes to irrigating

sinuses.

Hopefully the dizziness is all gone and you feel better now.

Yup, neti pots can be really helpful for sinus infections. Steep some raw

crushed garlic or clove oil in boiling water, strain and then use in the neti

pot. These are natural antibacterials.
