Whooop!"- Ricky Bobby, Talladega Nights, while driving his first race Sub-titled: It won't kill me to go to bed a little hungry every night I lost 2.2 lbs this week!! Waaaahhhhhhhooooo!! Oh.My.Gosh!! I "thought" I was having a decent enough week to pull off my wished-for 1.4 lb loss, but the 2.2 blew me away!! Forced to workout: 6.4 brought to me by c25k 1:2I didn't die this time during the 60:90 intervals (( alternate 60/90 second jog/walk sessions )) Twisted "diet" karma story of my post: today after WW I went to McDs to get an iced coffee and was gonna blow it and get fries (you caught the WAS in there, correct??) So, I place my order and nice young guy says "I'm sorry, we don't serve lunch until 10:30" - LOL it was 10:06 a.m.!! I was like "fine, I'll take the coffee" LOL - and then as I am driving up to the window, I am commenting out loud "that's just wacked, you shouldn't tell a dieter no fries" LOL!! And he heard me - I just laughed even harder!! I am like "this is fate, I am not supposed to have those fries" (at least not today) Anyway - hope you all had a fantastic Wednesday!! I *have* to try to get caught up with the posts or I am going to have to do a mass delete.
