Guest guest
Today is my first weigh-in since I restarted last Thursday. I've been to the Y Fri., Sat., Mon. & Tues. I started a new part-time job yesterday. It's in the evenings to supplement my court reporting income. I'll be working 3 days a week from 5 to 10 p.m. It involves alot of bending, standing and walking, so I think those will be the 3 days a week that I take off from going to the Y. I'm actually a little stiff this morning. I guess it's a whole different kind of movement from the treadmill and elliptical. Anyhoo, I only had a 1 pound loss, but at least it's going in the right direction. Crossing fingers for a better showing next Thursday. Hope everyone is having a good week! -- Vicki " Don't compromise yourself. You are all you've got.
