I have learned that Wed is my low day.... maybe I should change to then... Oh well, none the less my weight in this week was 351.4 down 2.4 lbs. Exercise has been sporadic... Guest guest Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 Had a doctors appt yesterday for my yearly physical I'm down 5 lbs so that makes me 275 from 280 since I joined the group. I've had a fairly good week so far. Had a few naughty moments but not in excess.. Today I did my 2 mile walk away the pounds with my 3 lbs weights. ( you don’t have to use the stretchy band if you don’t have em...) I've learned to make an excellent strawberry banana smoothie gonna try blueberry next. Anyone have any favorites that they would like to share? I don't drink smoothies, but I am sure you will find fab recipes for them. I have read some people just freeze berries or banana's and add them to the liquid to blend up. Me, I would just end up making a frozen daiquiri if I was messing with a blender! lol    elisaannh -- Re: weigh in...
