Well, walked yesterday and finished off with movement around the house and brownie bridging to finish steps off at 10,272. Already have 6102 in today from walking CHASE the dog across the street. I have my exercise log printed and hope to be good journaling in it for June. A good way to start a habit. I topped the scale at 250 sunday. YUGH. where did that 12 extra lbs come from. ME ME ME. LOL

Still waiting to see if I cycle this month. Just finished the hormones. NOTHING yet. YUGH.

I was hoping to get over 10,000 yesterday but with all the drama and

having to head home from work early I didn't quite get there... today

is another story, I should get there without any problem!

BTW what the heck is brownie bridging?!
