Guest guest
Some other "creamy" ideas... take graham crackers and put a couple tablespoons of fat free or sugar free cool whip on top of one half and top with the other. Put in baggie and freeze for a few hours... your own "ice cream sandwich" Sugar free jello pudding is a good alternative. They have tons of yummy flavors. Blue Bunny has the personal ice cream containers. They have them in light varieties. Each WHOLE container (two servings) is 4 points for WW. Last week I actually ate ONE serving (half container)... It was surprisingly satisfying! I think it is is also Blue Bunny that has "Sweet Freedom" ice cream treats that are pretty reasonable and a good variety My indulgence lately has been sugar free root beer floats. I use light vanilla ice cream (100 calories serving) with ice cold A & W sugar free rootbeer. I think it is serving size that gets us! There are some healthier (Not necessarily healthy, but healthier and wiser) choices out there. Read your labels. a in MN well I went to the ymca again took 4 grand kids,100-plus@group s.comDate: Sunday, August 10, 2008, 8:06 PM walked for 16min. that's big for me ... 3 min, up a 25% grade... my shoes are lose and so are my paints....
