Did you make that list yesterday like I asked you to? And I'll repeat yesterday's question...do you want it bad? Yeah? Well, I want you to want it bad and that's why I'm here today. To help you get it!Today, I want you to write down the five major excuses you've been using over the years for yourself not to lose this weight. I want you to look at those excuses, examine them carefully, then rip that piece of paper into small pieces of confetti and toss them into the trash. That's right, just like the Project Me Passport ( http://sue_in_nj.tripod.com/project.htm ) tells you to do...you've got to forget about all of the times you've tried to lose weight in the past After all, the past is just that, past...as in over! It's time to get to work on your future.

The next thing you've got to do is get on the scale. And I don't mean get on it tomorrow, the next day or next week either. You've got to get on that scale today! (Remember, I'm getting you ready!)Now, write your present weight down in your journal and write the date down right next to it. I know, if you're a little crazy like me, it means you probably weigh yourselves more than once a day. But in your journal, I only want you to keep track of your weekly weight-loss. Next, where are your exercise videos and DVDs? Have you seen them lately? Go get them and spread 'em out on your dining room table. And from that collection, I want you to select the workouts you will do for the upcoming week. After that, you've got to face the kitchen. That means going through the cabinets, the freezer and the fridge. You've got to remove all of those foods that helped cause you to put on the weight in the first place. You've got to get rid of all those foods right now. You need to start with a clean, healthy kitchen if you want to see those extra pounds go away.

If you're a Clubhouse member, there are hundreds and hundreds of great and easy low-cal recipes for you to try. They don't take much time to prepare and they're really big on flavor. Start creating a recipe box for yourself filed with dishes that will really satisfy you.And there's something I want you to fill your mind with. And that is I want you to fill your mind with positive and uplifting thoughts. Think about your success everyday and, I promise, that success with not get away from you. So, are you ready? To look cute in a teddy? Like my cousin Betty? The one who loves spaghetti?Oh yes, you need your sense of humor to help you lose this weight, too!Love,
