Guest guest
Hi everyone! I have been BUSY since Friday last week! I haven't had the chance to get on line much at all. Still no turkey, season opened Monday. Eating has been hit or miss and exercise has been limited to walking to and from the blind a few times a day.......... other then that aggrivation has been a key word the past few days! I hope everyone is doing well!! a

I appreciate your good thoughts!Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Sat, October 30, 2010 9:48:27 PMSubject: Re: Quick Post I'm so sorry to hear it is still hurting so much, Donna. I hope you can do your walk/hike and startthe Challenge Monday. I hope the doc or someone can help you figure out what is going on and get the relief you need, that is so terribly frustrating and tough to deal with! Hugs, Quick Post Hi Everyone, I have taken the last couple of days off b/c of my back - really bad aches, pains and spasms ( a friend is going to e-mail me her doctor's info - he specializes in trigger point therapy -something that may help - one of the possible causes for my constant aches/pains is myofascial pain syndrome - she told me that w/ MPS weight lifting is not recommended -which means I will have to be creative w/ body weight exercises, if I do have MPS!). UGh! I really need to figure out what I did to make my back so angry so I don't do it again. I'm hoping that tomorrow I will be up for a family walk/hike and that on Monday I will be up for the start of Sansone's 21 Day Challenge. I think, w/ my back in the shape it is in right now walking and Pilates will be my main exercises for the next 21 days. I iced my back today and rested this afternoon. It seemed to help. A few glasses of wine w/ dinner didn't hurt either! I hope to be back at it soon. Take care!Donna
