It's amazing what a day of following points and small exercise can do compared to over-indulgence (LOL). I woke up to a grumbly tummy today. Simply amazing!

What do you have planned for Mother's Day? Do you have a plan? We're going to OCB (Old Country Buffet). I haven't been to a buffet in *months* since I caved and went to the Top O' China Buffet a few months back, remember? I am HOPING that there are relatively healthy choices on the breakfast buffet.

I know I can do alright with omelettes and maybe a sausage or two and then there should be an ok selection of fruits. I am not concerned (really!) about any pastries that are there, because I really don't care for cinnamon rolls and danish. Even if there are hash brown type potatoes, I can't go too bad there.

"Dessert" this afternoon at my grandma's is angel food cake and berries, so strawberry shortcake of sorts. Yummmmmm and good for us too! I can't wait!! I haven't seen my grandma (bad girl) for several weeks.

Anyway, have a great day, get some exercise in and don't go overboard with your food choices. Remember, unless it's a special item that you won't get again for awhile, it isn't worth blowing our day's eating over. Anything you can and do get in moderation isn't *totally* special and can be passed on.
