I'm not kidding when I tell you this but I traveled so much this month, I hardly remember any of it! So, how did May treat you and how did you treat May? Were you busy exercising this month? Were you busy planning your meals? And while I'm asking questions, I've got another one for you...how was your attitude in May? Did you feel good about you? Did you do some journaling? Did you write down all the of the meals you ate this month and did you use your FoodMover faithfully? Did you stretch every morning and evening? And did you tone 2-3 days a week these past four weeks, plus three days?How were your sleeping habits in May? Did you get enough sleep? When you looked in your May mirror, who stared back at you? Did you have some fun in May? Did you see any blockbuster movies, like Iron Man or Indiana ? Did you go bowling? Did you take a dance class? Did you weigh yourself in May? Did you play games with the scale this month? Or did you step on that scale like a brave little soldier regularly as you faced the numbers? The big question now is are you ready to go into June? So, are you? Because today is the day you should sit down with yourself and make a plan for the new month you're about to begin. If you did all of the things I asked you about in this message, that would mean you did make a plan for yourself in May and followed through with it the entire month. My friends, you know it's true that a scattered month can definitely end with a weight-gain. If you stayed on program the last five months, you could have lost anywhere from 25 to 40 pounds so far this year, depending on the amount of weight you have to lose. So, is your weight-loss so far this year in that range? I've gotta tell you, when we go into June tomorrow, you have to remember that at the end of the month, half of 2008 will already be over. And I want you to be proud of yourself for what you've done this first half of the year.So let's get going! Don't close your eyes tonight before you have a plan in front of you. I did remove 2" though - took my measurements this morning so am pleased. June WILL be better.
