I got on the scale this morning and was up 0.6 pounds, but I know what I did and will note it so as not to do it again. I am trying really hard to get my percents where they need to be. Here is what today looks like breakfast: 3 eggs fried in bacon grease, 6 slices of bacon Snack: pepperjack cheese Lunch 1 bratwurst, 1 cup of chili 1/3 cup of shredded cheese Snack 1 cheese stick Dinner Chicken strip salad with ranch dressing Calories 1735 Fat 67% Pro 22% Carb 11% Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
