Good for you Kerry, I hope it continues to get better for you at a fast rate!DarcyOn 11/11/06, Kerry Kramer <

I walked to the grocery store today, later on I will do my knee

exercises. It feels like it's getting stronger, I can do some of the

exercises without trouble that used to make my knee ache. I'm trying

to be really conscious of alignment when I walk etc. I hope to be

posting regular workouts in the future.

Dacia,

The Renaissance festival looks like it was alot of fun! It sounds

like a good idea to go out to different events on the weekends and get

in your walking in! I wish my husband would do stuff like that. He

is quite the stick in the mud these days and never wants to go do

anything!

I'm glad you are having a great time while getting your exercise in,

keep up the good work!

I'm glad you had a great time. I've always wanted to go to one but the

closest one this past summer was over a 2-hour drive away, and neither

of us really wanted to go that far. At least this weekend we have the

annual Irish festival to attend only a 30 minute train ride away.

Hopefully the rain will hold off, unlike what happened at the Filipino

festival in early summer when tents were toppled and merchandise

scattered by the driving winds and rain.
