Between the rowing machine (hubby introduced me to it - I only last about 5 minutes at a time, but it's fun), treadmill and bike it was a total of 6 hours 5 minutes, 25.15 miles and 2655 calories. My loss for the week was a 2.6 pounds for a total of 6.4. Finally back in the 240's. Johanne: This will be my starting weight for the Christmas challenge and I'll be weighing in on Thursdays.
