Guest guest Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Well, I stayed at 247 this week. But I made it to the Y 4 out of 7 days for a total of 3 1/2 hours. Between the treadmill, elliptical and exercise bike, I did 13.46 miles and burned 1521 calories. Hopefully, it will catch up to me next week!
