1st Weekly Exercise Report/Weigh-in

Well, I stayed at 247 this week. But I made it to the Y 4 out of 7 days for a

total of 3 1/2 hours. Between the treadmill, elliptical and exercise bike, I

did 13.46 miles and burned 1521 calories. Hopefully, it will catch up to me

next week!

Running total:

Time: 3.5 hours

Miles: 13.46

Calories: 1521
