Hi everyone... I gotta head out of the house very VERY soon!!! I over

slept so short and sweet today and hopefully I can catch up later on.

Today I weighed in at 344.8 that is down 3.8lbs for the week! My

lowest in YEARS!!! Hopefully I will hit that magic 337 (down 50lbs

since end of Feb soon!)

I'm so glad not to have to worry about *that* any more. But . . .

Every now and then this happens to me. If it's not nailed down, I'll try

to eat it. Luckily I no longer have any junk food aorund the house, so

if I pig out on a bag of broccoli or chocolate rice cakes it won't do

too much damage.

Mine short term goal is another 20, which will bring me to 250. My doc

would be oh, so happy if I could do that by my next visit in a bit less

than three months, but he knows my history and knows it's really not

going to happen, even on the 1000 - 1200 cal/day he has me on now. I

haven't seen that weight in almost 10 years, and that was after starving

myself on *under* 1000 cal/day for 6 months. As long as I'm lower than

the last visit, even if it's only by three pounds, *I'll* be happy.
