I over slept so short and sweet today and hopefully I can catch up later on. Today I weighed in at 344.8 that is down 3.8lbs for the week! My lowest in YEARS!!! My doc would be oh, so happy if I could do that by my next visit in a bit less than three months, but he knows my history and knows it's really not going to happen, even on the 1000 - 1200 cal/day he has me on now. I haven't seen that weight in almost 10 years, and that was after starving myself on *under* 1000 cal/day for 6 months.
