Apparently the exercise helped to make up for a little bit of the feeding frenzy

I was on this week! I made it to the Y for 6 out of 7 days. Between the

treadmill and bike (mostly treadmill) it was a total of 6 hours 41 minutes,

29.03 miles and 2979 calories. My loss for the week was 1.8 pounds for a total

of 8.2.
