Guest guest Posted October 2, 2008 Report Share Posted October 2, 2008 Apparently the exercise helped to make up for a little bit of the feeding frenzy I was on this week! I made it to the Y for 6 out of 7 days. Between the treadmill and bike (mostly treadmill) it was a total of 6 hours 41 minutes, 29.03 miles and 2979 calories.
