Guest guest Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 PLAN THEM LAST NIGHT? Wednesday, 16 July 2008 Now what do I ask you to do each night before you go to bed. Yes, I always tell you to say your prayers after you've applied a little moisturizer to your face. And okay, what else do I ask you to do? Oh, come on, you know...I ask you to plan your meals for the next day. I always tell you that if you don't plan those meals then...they will plan you! It begins with your thinking about what you're going to have for breakfast, then lunch and for dinner tomorrow. I sure do it. Hey, I know what's in my refrigerator. I go grocery shopping every week so I'm able to plan my meals for tomorrow, before I go to bed each night. Yep, last night, I planned the meals and snacks I would have today.This morning, I'm having sliced fresh strawberries and fat-free vanilla yogurt. I'll have half an English Muffin topped with a teaspoon of peanut butter. And yes, I do keep a little peanut butter in the house. It's a small jar and I only have it once a week.For my mid-morning snack, I'm having a pear. It's not a Bartlett, because I know they are green. This is one of those delicious pears that have the brown skin. I can't remember what they're called but, hey, I'm 60 now so I guess I'm slipping a little...LOL.For lunch I'm having a big chopped salad with lettuce, tomatoes, celery, carrots, zucchini, oil & vinegar with some sprinkles of Parmesan cheese. Over the weekend, I bought some whole grain rolls. They are very small so I'll have two of them with my salad. For my midday snack. I'll have an ice-cold glass of my soy milk. Then for dinner, I'll have sit fry. I'll make it with chicken breast, asparagus, snow peas and onions. I'll serve it on a bed of basmati brown rice. I have some fresh grapes in the fridge and I will have them for a sinless dessert. And eating like this is how I proudly stay at my weight. Did you plan your meals last night? If you did, keep doing it and you will reach your goal weight. And when you do reach it, remember, you'll still have to plan your meals if you want to stay at your goal.Now if you didn't plan your meals last night, start doing it tonight! And I'm telling you, nothing helps you plan those meals better than the FoodMover. So go to the store and check it out.
