But if you really want to avoid Aspergillus Niger, you'll have to stop drinking soft drinks and soy sauce, since these are made with citric acid, a " tartener " that is produced by vats of fermented Aspergillus Niger. What? and you thought Citric Acid was from " Citrus " juice? That was long ago. - I drink an occasional " AsperCola " and can't tell that is has any bad effect on me.
