I'm participating in a holiday " challenge " over at EP (extrapounds blogs) to get through the holidays hopefully relatively unscathed. Anyway, we're starting week 3 and one of the gals posted some challenges/goals for the week: 1. Make a plan! - Preplan all of your meals this week. Go ahead and write down what you are going to eat in your food journal and stick to it!! Having a plan will keep us on track after Thanksgiving! Here's how the weeks' menu is starting to shape up: Sunday - spaghetti bake (yum!) Monday - ds gets leftover pizza Tuesday - steak/baked potatoes Wednesday - leftovers (spaghetti bake) Thursday - chili/cornbread Friday - Saturday - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
