I do know they like the cholesterol to be below 200, so I am "ok" there.... but dang, I need to go check out what the rest of the results are showing. I'm working on my attitude/mood about exercise and eating in general. Really. Promise. I just go through *this* every so often. I am actually thinking of getting out 2-3 prs of "sweats" and tops, hat, gloves, etc and going wogging tomorrow. I have a 5K in 4 weeks!! Granted, I can walk all of it, or walk/jog alternating..... but still! I have got to get out there and do some 3-milers over the next few weeks. Anyway. Hope you have all had a great week.
