Well, your favorite number should be "11" right now because today we've just entered the 11th month of 2008. Where does the time go, huh? I can remember like it was just yesterday writing messages for 1-08...for January! I wrote messages to you back then about starting this new year. I told you about how you had to be a little more focused on your eating habits this year. I advised you to exercise and really get into moving your body like you never moved it before in 2008
