Hey People I made a call today that may change my life(and everyone

elses at my work too)

A friend from work offered to get me water and surface samples to

check if mold or fungi was present at work.

When I called to get test kits for my friend to sneak in, They, (Dept

of environment and Labour, was curious and asked me if I would

explain

why I needed them. The guy sounded on the up-and-up so I explained

the

symtoms of people at work. He educated me on Ventilation, mold and

septic systems and offered to do a government SURPRISE INSPECTION. He

is going to test the Venting system, all surfaces, water sources(the

dreaded water cooler/ice machine with it's pieces of black stuff

floating in it),the septic system, air condition/heating system,

carpets and anything else he can think of!

He agreed that if most of the building has come down with

rashes, beathing problems and are sick, that IT IS the building! Most

important, HE BELIEVES I'M RIGHT! He will also give me sneak peeks of

any test results and keep me informed of what is going on in the

building with regards to the Surprise inspection. I am over the moon

right now! Work is stalling me on my short term disability claim and

my rent is over-due so I got mad and got on the phone to do my own

testing, Thank Gawd I got this Steve fellow, he took all the work out

of my hands. The management where I work CANNOT refuse to let them in

to test either and are not being warned that they are coming.

Sometimes it pays to get mad LOL,
