Dr. said it was " less likely " to trigger an SVT attack (Tachycardia or rapid heart beat). He's checking the amount of damage to my lungs due to the pesticide poisoning. I had hoped to hear back today but had forgotten it's a holiday. Amber
Guest guest
When they tried to do a PFT on me, they werr going to use methalincholine (sp). I refused to inhale anything and they preformed the test quite adequately without the introduction of a chemical inhalant. Don't let anyone con/force you into using it. If they state that you need to, tell them ok, I want you to sign a release that if I get a reaction, sick etc., you personally are going to assume liability as you are stating that it is safe. Watch how fast you are taken seriously. They use their titles to intimitate people. That's interesting. I didn't know I'd have a choice because I had never had that test before. I'll remember this if he wants me to do this test again in a few years. Thank you. Guest guest
There isNOTHING that forces you to do anything that you feel is not in your best interest. The MD after their name does not stand for MINOR DIETY....It's your body, you know your limits, if you have any hestiation then go with your gut feeling. Lemme give you a look into the allopathic mind of a dear frined of mine. A man who was an OB-GYN, did hundreds of C-sections etc. Now it comes time for this man to have bi lateral hip replacement. Now, does this man follow theinfo he has given numerous patients? No, when it comes to his surgery. Instead of a GENERAL wich he knew was not safe, he opted for a local and had it done. When I asked him, hey, you tell your patients its ok, why not for you, finding out what they tell you and what they would do are 180 degrees apart. They want the CONVENEINCE fo having the patient out so that they do not interfer with them etc. Antoher perfect example, a firend had to go and have a colonoscopy, I asked the tech, why twilight instead of a spinal block etc. They want the patinet out so tht its faster and easier for them. Apparently, hippocratic oath does not apply.......it should be first, do not interrupt or bother the doctor !
