I would start the enzymes. They will make a big difference. Unless

you are super duper lucky, you will still have issues after starting

the enzymes for the clinic to work on and test. Also, taking the

enzymes also makes other issues clearer. It gives you a clearer path.

I wouldn't wait. However, you could have yeast die off or other issues

during the introductory period that may be exacerbated on the 29th when

you are at the clinic. You may have already gotten through that with

the SCD.

Theresa, How long on AP? I know that foggy brain comes with a herx as well

and wondered if you are just going thorugh a time..we all had them.

Tweaking helps. Check for yeast..thats always a biggie.I always then try a

little extra acidophilus as that w ill help.

For me, adding the clindy yrs ago for a tine helped and a few yrs ago tried

the flagyl and that worked well too

Totally believe in this theory. This for me is the way to go and we just need

to reevaluate every once in a bit when things are not that way we want

Roni,

I have RA and Sle and SSas wellas thyroid. A fee things help. I am finally

medicated with unithyroid but a gla I know uses kelp and gets a lot of help

withthat!

I would go that route but get tested .Many find the T3 is low and cytomel

works well or Armour which has T3 in it.Check the site out www.about.com/thyroid

Hi Everyone:

I need to pull on everyone's expertise here. I have CREST scleroderma. My

numbers measuring the scleroderma continue to go down (I'm now at 515, down

from greater than 5,000.) But it seems I have developed a hypthyroid condition.

I am taking a prescription called THYROID, up to 3 pills a day (30 mg. each),

and we've just upped it to four pills a day because I'm not getting any

relief. If anything, the fatigue is getting worse.

Has anyone battled this also with scleroderma? I'm wondering if the

scleroderma is knocking out my thyroid. Even if you don't have scleroderma and

you've

found something to help, I'd appreciate the info!

Thanks so much!

Roni
