Guest guest
Marcie, your potassium level was low? That was why my doc pulled out of work! Aug 8th I had blood tests We discovered after getting results back that my potassium level was 3.5 and my Blood pressure was 107/70. I had passed out with rapid heart rate on Aug 29th. The next day pressure dropped to 100/70. He put me on " slow K " to bring my potassium level up and said that would bring my pressure back up, since then I have had more chest pains and low fever as well as very achy bones and muscles. I had new blood tests last week, potassium is up to 4.5 but fever, aches and chest pains are getting even worse and I am wheezing, having a hard time breathing. My pressure dropped to 90/64 yesterday. I am now off work until at least jan 3. Getting chest x-ray tommorrow to check for pneumonia as well as upper and lower GI tests. He also gave me prescrip for Nystatin for oral yeast infection. I guess my question is: What did your doc say that was causing your low potassium? My doc said it was IBS (diarrhea)that caused this low level? What was the reason your potassium was low? Thanks, P.S. Also wishing 's brother well! He's lucky to have her as a sister! > , > Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Was in the hospital for a little while. Chest pains! They did blood work and my potassium (sp?) level was very low. They did x-rays and a cat scan and they wanted me to have a chemical induced stress test. Not feeling very well....no chest pains though. Had to come to the library to return a book due today. > Please tell your brother I wish him well.Everyone else on this board that is ill, I sincerely hope that you are feeling better or getting the help you need. > Sincerely, > Marcie >
Guest guest
Unknown....I have IVIG treatments every 4 weeks because my Immune System is so low. All I can tell you is I did not have this problem until I was exposed to Stachybotrys Mold. Frome what I understand, the mycotoxins from the mold deplete all the good nutrients from your body. I have lost a lot of weight since exposed. My stomach hurts all the time, headaches,,joint pain, muscle pain, heart flip-flops a lot. ( rapid heart beat ) Memory problems, brain dysfuntion ( no more 140 IQ) Night sweats and I could go on and on. Oh...if you heard me talk, I sound very raspy voiced.) My voice has been like that since the idiots doing the remodel at work scraped the mold off the walls and sent the spores flying. Before they scraped the mold , my voice would return to normal when I went home for a ady or two. If you find out anything let us know......who knows, maybe we will be able to figure it out before the docs do. Thanks, Marcie msheeh02 <msheeh02@...> wrote: Marcie, your potassium level was low?
