Guest guest
Clifton Mining Company Inc. - New tests results show ASAP effective against black mold New test results released http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl? ACCT=104 & STORY=/www/story/09-06-2005/0004100361 & EDATE= (OTC : CFTN) ALPINE, UT, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - American Biotech Labs, a private company of which Clifton Mining Company is the largest shareholder, owning 24%, has just completed testing of its ASAP-AGX-32 disinfectant product against a potentially deadly black mold, Stachybotrys charatum. The ASAP-AGX-32 achieved a kill rate greater than 99.9 % in just 10 minutes of contact time. Black mold can be a serious problem in dry, as well as damp, locations. The presence of Stachybotrys charatum, because of its extreme toxicity, can make any building uninhabitable. It is particularly dangerous in flood-damaged buildings. Said Moeller, V.P., " These new test results can extend the proven uses of the ASAP product to black mold, which is a problem throughout the world because of the dangerous mycotoxins it produces. We will be filing these results with the appropriate government agencies with the intent of adding black mold to the ASAP-AGX-32 label. Because the ASAP product has no color and no smell and is completely safe to use around people, we believe it can become the preferred treatment for black mold. " Clifton trades on the U.S. OTC: (CFTN). I think I remember a recent post saying to usew borax and white vinegar in the final rinse. So white vinegar will disable the mycotoxin? I hope to drive to El Paso tomorrow and buy a tent then return to Van Horn as it is in the mountains and not as hot and drier. Would it be a good idea to wash all of my clothes with borax and white vinegar. I had been feeling better but woke up in the Big Bend area of Texas this morning really mentally in bad shape. I have made it until now, 8:30 pm but something is causing neurological symptoms. Not depressi0on but worse. If anyone would have this new product, Whole food market would and I can check tomorrow if there is one in El Paso. Anyone in El Paso who could meet me and tell if I am very moldy? I noticed on the weather here tonight that cloudcroft, NM high is around the low 70's and that sounds good for living in a tent, which BTW, I have never done but I noticed people in Mississippi on the news tonight were living in tents. since I am so sensitive to odors right now, does anyone know if tents put off a chemical odor? I mentioned earlier that I thought about going to Hobbs, NM because Where I was earlier had a lot of mountain cedar and I was close to Hobbs, which I thought would not have the mountain cedar. Anyone know? Is there a lot of pine at Cloudcroft? Bob --------------------------------- Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Guest guest
Bob, Over the years many of the professionals have mentioned that borax seems to be the most effective on washing your clothes. This seems to have held true through today. The white vinegar was also mentioned to me several years ago by a physician stating it was good for many skin ailments, such as rashes, toenail/fingernail infections and especially ear infections. (Do not use if you have tubes in your ears.) The reason why it works for some of these fungal infections is that it lowers the PH value and mold can not grow in a low ph outside the body. (From what I understand.) So two years ago I started experimenting with it outdoors on all types of rotting debry and live growth, whether it was mold, mildew, moss, etc. I used it on. These areas that I had applied it, it took about 2 years for growth to start to return and some areas it still hasn't today. I wish I had a definate answer to your question as far as, does it neutralize the mycotoxins. I have no proof of that and I don't know of anybody that does. Not only is the vinegar good for fungal infections, but as good for bacterial infections. You can perform a search on vinegar and you will see what I mean. I thought this was something new, but obviously it's been used for many, many years. KC > That's why I stay with white vinegar. > > KC > > Thanks KC. Guest guest
Bob, nothing has decontaminated my clothes except a 12 hr soak in thr washer with strong soap, borax, and at least a cup or more of bleach- hard to do at the laundramat- . The cleaner and healthier you becom- the more you can sense the mycotoxin- The best course is to have your car proffesionally scrubbed- or trade it in- and buy new clothes for now- you need to clean up as fast as possible to get healthy. Very good that you have left your home- outside is best> Good luck, > Thanks KC. I think I remember a recent post saying to usew borax and white vinegar in the final rinse.
