After natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods,

excess moisture and standing water contribute to the growth of mold

in homes and other buildings. When returning to a home that has been

flooded, be aware that mold may be present and may be a health risk

for your family, especially if you are one who has an income over $500K

per year or you are a needed government employee, like say, a governor

of Lousianna.

People at Greatest Risk from Mold

People with asthma, allergies, or other breathing conditions may be

more sensitive to mold. People with immune suppression (such as

people with HIV infection, cancer patients taking chemotherapy, and

people who have received an organ transplant) are more susceptible

to mold infections. Also the rich, affluent and well connected. All others,

you'll be just fine!

Possible Health Effects of Mold Exposure

Poor people who are sensitive to mold may experience stuffy nose,

irritated eyes, wheezing, or skin irritation. Well connected people may

experience

memory loss, neurological difficulties, type III hypersensitivity reactions

or toxicity after exposure to mold. Poor people allergic to mold may have

difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath. But we are not about to

acknowledge more serious illnesses in the stupid poor, because that could

potentially increase liability in courtrooms for those who have the money and

power in

the United States.

Rich well connected people may develop weakened immune systems and chronic

lung diseases, such as obstructive lung disease. These may develop into mold

infections in

their lungs. Poor people may experience stress.

If you or your family members are just average working joes who are

currently healthy but have serious health problems after exposure to mold,

contact

your doctor or other health care provider. Even though it is well documented

that excessive exposure to fungi can cause neurological, cognitive and severe

respiratory/immunological problems, he will tell you it is all in your head

and simply a result of the recent stress you have experienced when you complain

of numbness in limbs, ringing in ears, blurred vision, gastrointestinal

problems, etc, after mold exposure. He will then treat you to a useless barage

of

antibiotics, steroids and antidepressants. You should also contact a

divorce attorney and special learning teachers for your children asap, because

the

strain of being seriously ill and having your children seriously ill with

mycotic disease yet having your doctor treat you like dirt for claiming you are

sick and then falsely attributing your illnesses to psychological disorders

will surely destroy your family.

For more information, don't call us. We really don't care. We've got

powerful lobbyists to please.
