Is anyone else on these medicines? How do you space them? I have been on

synthroid for over 10 years and have been thyroid stabelized. Dr S put me on

CSM --I space the synthroid med and CSM 2 hrs apart But my family Dr found my

thyoid level alarmingly low and increased the dose. CSM will block the

absorption of Thyroid med. and WALA--it did in me. I hate going to a higher

thyroid dose even for the recommended month before retesting. I would tae my CSM

at 6 AM and Synthroid at 8 I am going to give myself a fair shot--set the alarm

for 3AM take the synthroid then at 7AM take the CSM Anyone ese have these

problems? Elie

Elie - yes,

Ive been on and off CSM over the past year, experimenting with levels.

I took CSM at 6am and had breakfast about 7

Then I took 50 mcg levoxyl (same as syntrax i believe) about 11am.

Then CSM again at noon, lunch at one

CSM again at five, dinner at six

CSM before bed.

I found it easy to schedule, but never knew if the medications were at odds.

Dont' know what part coffee plays or doesnt play on these meds also.

Still gathering publications with evidence that the thyroid problem

began after being exposed these 13 years to the growing mold in my

leaking library job.
