ALA was recommended to me for lead removal. I wonder is CSM would

help with that also. Does anyone know is it good for general detoxing

from all toxins or we just know it's helpful with mycotoxins? I have

other toxic problems.

I do think one can't avoid the fact that both you and got well on

similar life styles that could be attributed to other factors. For

one thing you were both physically active outdoors. Sunshine could

very well have been a big factor. Fungal infections are helped on the

skin by sunshine and of course sun kills mold also. It's not hard to

imagine that it would kill fungus in blood as it passed close to the

skin surface. If you exercised at same time and circulation

increased, blood exposure to sun would be greater. Also exercise

brings your body temperature up and higher body temperatures kill

microbes. That's why developing a fever helps people to get over an

illness. So exercising in the sunshine could have been equally big

factors along with avoidance and fresh air.

I try to find time to get out in the sun more before winter. We

probably all spend too much time indoors and don't get enough

exercise. However as much as I would like, my fatigue means

everything takes me sooo long to do, so it is challenging to get

necessary chores done with any time or energy left to do some extra

exercise or just get outdoors before the sun goes down. I move at a

snail's pace lately.
