Hi,

Well, here is an update as to my situation. On Tuesday, when I went

back to work, I talked to my boss about the mold issue and my health

concerns. At first she denied that it was a problem and tried to

tell me that she was going to hire somebody (for $60) to clean it

ALL up. What a joke! I wasn't going to stand for that so I told

her how it is and guess what, I will be moving from the basement to

the 3rd floor where there is no carpeting to be worried about. How

do you all feel about that? Do you think that I will be far enough

away from the problem? The rest (except for the basement) of the

house smells just fine and there hasn't been any flooding above the

basement. F.Y.I., she keeps the house very clean (even the basement

was clean, except for the HUGE problem with the mold.) By the way,

when I checked the area where I found the black, fuzzy mold (under

my desk), she had attempted to clean it up but the Peppermint Soap

just couldn't cut it.

Thanks to all for your imput. It really was helpful. Feel free to

let me know how you feel about my " move " to the 3rd floor.
